1. Definitions

Agency: Refers to  Dev India tours its employees, and representatives.

Client: Refers to the person or entity purchasing travel services from the Agency.

Services: Refers to the travel-related services provided by the Agency, including but not limited to, flight bookings, hotel reservations, tour packages, and travel insurance.

2. Booking and Payment

Reservations: All reservations are subject to availability at the time of booking. The Agency cannot guarantee any bookings until confirmed.

Payment Terms: Full payment or a deposit is required at the time of booking as specified. Final payment deadlines will be communicated at the time of booking.

Pricing: Prices are subject to change until full payment is received. Any increase in price due to changes in taxes, fuel surcharges, or currency fluctuations will be communicated to the client.

Late Payments: Late payments may result in the cancellation of the booking and forfeiture of any deposits paid.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

Client Cancellations: Cancellation requests must be made in writing. Cancellation fees will apply as per the schedule provided at the time of booking.

Agency Cancellations: The Agency reserves the right to cancel any booking due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided, or an alternative arrangement will be offered.

Refunds: Refunds will be processed according to the terms provided at the time of booking. Processing times may vary depending on the service providers.

4. Changes and Modifications

Client Changes: Any changes to the booking requested by the client will be subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

Agency Changes: The Agency reserves the right to make minor changes to the itinerary. Significant changes will be communicated, and alternatives or refunds will be offered.

5. Travel Insurance

Recommendation: The Agency strongly recommends that clients purchase travel insurance to cover unforeseen events such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost luggage.

Responsibility: It is the client’s responsibility to obtain and understand their travel insurance policy.

6. Travel Documents

Passports and Visas: Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and other required travel documents. The Agency can provide guidance but is not responsible for obtaining these documents.

Vaccinations: Clients must comply with all health requirements and vaccinations necessary for their travel destinations.

7. Liability and Responsibilities

Agency Liability: The Agency acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers (airlines, hotels, etc.). The Agency is not liable for any acts, omissions, or defaults of the service providers.

Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for their own actions and must comply with all local laws and regulations during their travels.

8. Complaints and Disputes

Complaints: Any complaints should be reported to the Agency as soon as possible. The Agency will attempt to resolve the issue promptly.

Disputes: Any disputes arising from the use of the Agency's services will be governed by the laws of india.

the jurisdiction of adjudication of any dispute arises shall be at jodhpur.

9. Privacy Policy

Personal Information: The Agency collects personal information necessary for booking travel services. This information will be kept confidential and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Amendments

Changes to Terms: The Agency reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
